2. Professional Services and Separate Agreements

Providing Client Materials to us does not transfer ownership of those materials to Spokane Productions.

You grant Spokane Productions only the rights reasonably necessary to receive, store, access, copy, process, edit, transmit, or otherwise use those materials for the purpose of:

  • responding to your request;
  • evaluating or quoting a project;
  • performing services you have requested;
  • delivering completed work; and
  • carrying out obligations under an applicable service agreement.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for Spokane Productions to use the materials as required to perform the requested services.

You should not submit materials that you do not own or have authorization to use.

Portfolio and Promotional Use

Submission of Client Materials does not automatically authorize Spokane Productions to use your work, recordings, likeness, performance, or project materials for advertising or promotional purposes.

Any portfolio, promotional, testimonial, or similar use will be governed by separate permission, an applicable project agreement, or another lawful authorization.

7. Ownership of Professional Work

Ownership and licensing of recordings, mixes, masters, photographs, video productions, designs, project files, source files, or other deliverables created during a professional engagement are governed by the written agreement applicable to that engagement.

These website Terms do not independently transfer ownership of commissioned work either to Spokane Productions or to a client.

Where no separate written agreement addresses ownership, applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws will determine the parties’ respective rights.

8. Quotes, Pricing, Bookings, and Payments

Prices, availability, estimates, and descriptions shown on the website may change and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Spokane Productions.

A website inquiry does not guarantee availability or create a binding reservation unless we confirm the booking.

Project pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, refunds, rescheduling policies, and other commercial terms may be stated in a quote, invoice, booking confirmation, proposal, or service agreement.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when making a payment.

We may use third-party payment processors. Spokane Productions does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information when a third-party payment processor handles a transaction.

Reviews and other opinions remain subject to the rights of their respective authors. Submission of an ordinary customer review does not transfer ownership of that review to Spokane Productions.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising directly from materials you knowingly provide to Spokane Productions without the rights or permissions required for us to perform the services you requested.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Spokane Productions for our own negligence, unlawful conduct, or unauthorized use of your materials.
